I believe the transformative power of therapy begins with the relationship between you and your counselor.
The unique space created within the therapeutic setting is truly like no other. Unconditional, non-judgmental and supported; it is a space where I join you on your journey to understand, heal, and grow.
My approach...
As a trauma-informed therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where healing can take place. My approach integrates several modalities to address the complex ways trauma affects our lives. Working within an attachment lens I help clients better understand how early relationships shape their emotional experiences and behaviors in adulthood.

I incorporate parts work to support clients in connecting with and healing different aspects of themselves, fostering deeper self-awareness and integration. Additionally, as an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner, I utilize this evidence-based therapy to help individuals process and resolve past trauma, creating lasting emotional shifts.

I work primarily within a brief therapy model, focusing on achieving meaningful progress in a short amount of time. This approach is solution-focused, allowing us to address specific challenges efficiently while still honoring the depth of the therapeutic process. Together, we will create a targeted plan that aligns with your goals, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

In addition, I offer EMDR intensives, which involve longer sessions and more frequent appointments over a condensed period. This format can help reduce the stress and emotional load that can come with traditional EMDR sessions, allowing for faster processing of trauma in a focused and supportive environment. These intensives can provide a powerful boost to your healing journey.

Whether you're navigating the impacts of trauma, attachment wounds, or emotional difficulties, I offer a collaborative approach focused on your unique needs and goals. My intention is to offer a steady and supportive presence as you rediscover your sense of self and move towards a more empowered, balanced life.
