I enjoy helping others find meaningful, authentic ways of connecting in their relationships and communities. Those I work with tend to feel a lack of connection in their life, whether from isolation or current ways of connecting that aren’t authentic or free in expression.
I believe therapy is best done when we can show up authentically. Your relationship with your therapist is arguably one of the most important factors that determine success in therapy. For that reason, I strive to create a space with my clients where there is mutual respect, trust, and authenticity.

I specialize in working with transgender and nonbinary youth and adults, as well as neurodivergent individuals. I am also skilled in working with youth and adults who live at the intersection of these identities. I work frequently with clients who are unsure whether therapy is right for them or have struggled to find a therapist they connect with. I am professionally and personally passionate about gaming and various other nerdy communities and am comfortable weaving clients’ interests and passions into therapy when appropriate. I additionally have experience working with individuals professionally involved in these communities and/or employed in the tech industry.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process in which we get to recontextualize our experiences through truthful and empowering reframes. In therapy, my style is compassionately reflective and includes curiosity in how your identity and lived experience has shaped your worldview. This also includes acknowledgement of how power, privilege, and oppression impacts your lived experience.
My approach...
I use an integrative approach to therapy that’s strength-based, growth-oriented, and grounded in resilience. My approach to therapy is largely influenced by Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in collaborating with my clients and their families to develop plans that meet their individual needs and goals.
Professional training & memberships...
I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College, with a specialization in counseling LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, credential #LH61628304.

I have provided mental health services in a variety of clinical settings, including community clinics and private practice. Part of my clinical training involved working directly with transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive children, teens, and adults. In addition to my clinical work, I have worked as a group facilitator playing therapeutic tabletop role-play games with neurodivergent children and teens. I have also developed and facilitated therapeutic tabletop role-playing groups for transgender and nonbinary youth.
